How refunds and refills work at Seeder. Read it together with the Terms of Service. Last updated: [DATE].
1.Balance deposits
Money added to your balance is non-refundable to your card, crypto wallet or other payment method, except where the law requires it. Unused balance stays available for future orders.
2.Canceled and partial orders
- If an order is canceled before delivery, the full charge is refunded to your balance automatically.
- If an order ends as Partial, the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically.
- Refunds go to your Seeder balance, not to the original payment method.
3.Refills
- Only services that show a refill warranty can be refilled, and only within the number of days stated on the service, counted from completion.
- Request a refill from your order history. You can request one every 24 hours per order.
- Refills are not possible if the content was made private, deleted or changed, or the username was changed.
4.Not refundable
- Units that were delivered, including drops after the warranty or on services without refill.
- Orders placed with a wrong link, or to content that was private or deleted when the order ran.
- Results on the platform beyond the delivered quantity (reach, engagement, sales).
5.Payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback. Accounts with chargebacks for delivered orders may be suspended while the dispute is open.
