  1. 1.Who we are

  2. 2.The service

    Seeder sells social media marketing services (for example followers, likes, views and comments) for public Instagram, TikTok and Facebook posts and profiles. Services are delivered by our providers; speed and drop rate vary by service — see each service's description. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any social media platform.

  3. 3.Your account

    • Give accurate details and keep your password and API key secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
    • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
    • We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, payment abuse or anything that breaks these terms.

  4. 4.Your links and permissions

    • You must own the accounts and content you link to, or have the right to promote them.
    • Links must point to public content that is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
    • We never ask for your social media passwords. Do not share them with anyone claiming to work for Seeder.

  5. 5.Balance and payments

    • Orders are paid from a prepaid balance in US dollars. Deposits are processed by third-party payment processors.
    • Your balance is non-refundable to your card, crypto wallet or other payment method, except where the law requires it. See the refund policy.
    • Refunds for canceled or partially delivered orders are credited to your balance automatically.
    • Prices can change at any time; the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for it.

  6. 6.Orders, delivery and refills

    • Check the link, quantity and service before ordering. Orders to a wrong, private or deleted link may not be refundable.
    • Start time and speed depend on the service and its provider and are estimates, not guarantees.
    • Refills are offered only on services that list a refill warranty, only within the stated number of days after completion, and only while the linked content stays public and unchanged.

  7. 7.No guarantee of platform outcomes

    We do not guarantee reach, engagement, sales, growth beyond the ordered quantity, or how a platform will treat your account or content. Platforms may remove counts or restrict accounts at their discretion. Following each platform's rules is your responsibility.

  8. 8.API

    The reseller API uses the same prices and terms as the website. Keep your API key secret; requests made with it count as yours. We may rate-limit or disable API access that harms the service.

  9. 9.Acceptable use

    Do not use Seeder for fraud, harassment, illegal content or to deceive people, or resell to anyone who does. Do not file chargebacks for orders that were delivered; contact us instead.

  10. 10.Liability

    To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [NUMBER] months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
